    • Dissociation constant (Kd) determination of label-free and immobilization-free protein-protein and other macromolecular interactions from picomolar to millimolar concentrations.
    • Stoichiometric determination of reversible self- and hetero-associations.
    • Weight-average molar mass determination.
    • Other applications include non-specific interaction parameters and colloidal stability (virial coefficients A2/B22, kD) for concentration dependent determination of protein multimer formation, aggregation rates and dn/dc for polymers and other molecules.
