Our untargeted lipidomics analysis is a technique performed by infusion MS/MSAll on a Sciex 6600 Q-TOF high resolution mass spectrometer. Data is acquired in an unbiased fashion and ran through a lipid database to generate potential lipid ID’s which can be used to characterize and compare compositional differences between sample sets.
