The facility has seven mass spectrometers available for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of small molecules, such as amino acids, fatty acids, lipids, drugs, vitamins, hormones, and neurotransmitters. Our versatile MS platforms include liquid chromatography (LC) MSMS, gas chromatography (GC) MS, and isotope-ratio (IR) MS. In addition, we are able to run Biocrates metabolomics kits or develop customized methods based on your research needs.
