QTRAP 5500 with Agilent HPLC
Our two QTRAP 5500’s are the workhorses of the lab, with established methods for many analytes including amino acids and their metabolites and neurotransmitters. Similar to the QTRAP 6500+, they are equipped with ESI and APCI ionization, multiple scan modes, and a mass range of 40-1250 m/z.
TSQ Altis
The TSQ Altis joined our fleet of mass spectrometers in September 2018. This triple quadrupole MS can quantify compounds at extremely low concentrations with high speed and sensitivity.
