AllerGen is a network of researchers and trainees, industry partners, healthcare providers, patient advocates and policy makers whose combined efforts improve the quality of life of those impacted by allergic disease, asthma and anaphylaxis, nationally and globally.

Asthma Canada

Asthma Canada provides evidence-based, market tested, age appropriate asthma information, education, management tools and support programs for Canadians with asthma. Asthma Canada provides this information directly through telephone, Internet, and print, and indirectly through healthcare providers, primary caregivers, teachers, coaches, employers and community organizations.

The Canadian Lung Association (CLA)

The Lung Association is the leading organization in Canada working to promote lung health and prevent and manage lung disease. We do this by funding vital research, pushing for improved treatments, smarter policies, or supporting patients in managing their health.

The Canadian Respiratory Research Network (CRRN)

The CRRN is a national research network that brings together researchers from across Canada to work together in a coordinated fashion in order to improve understanding and treatment of asthma and COPD, the two most important chronic airway diseases in Canada.

The Canadian Thoracic Society (CTS)

CTS promotes lung health by supporting the respiratory community through leadership, collaboration, research, learning and advocacy and promoting the best respiratory practices in Canada.

Global Alliance Against Chronic Respiratory Diseases (GARD)

GARD is a voluntary alliance of national and international organizations, institutions and agencies committed to reducing the global burden of respiratory diseases. The Global Alliance is part of the global effort to prevent and control chronic diseases. Because most of the chronic respiratory diseases are under-diagnosed, under-treated and the access to essential medications in many countries is poor, a global effort to improve the diagnosis and the medical care is needed.

ICES (Formerly, the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences)

ICES is a not-for-profit research institute encompassing a community of research, data and clinical experts, and a secure and accessible array of Ontario’s health-related data.
