Hi
Anyone using the integrated bed for the Xi? Just wondering if anyone has tips for how to avoid the camera port 9lower midline) putting pressure on the legs below. Tried burping quite a bit and angled the legs a bit posteriorly. Thanks.
Hi there! I’m not fortunate to have the integrated table set up. How do you like it overall? Does it work as advertised?
At any rate, I think burping up/leg angulation is important. Do you have the child in a complete flank position? Also can you move the child to the edge of the bed. A slight about of extension at the hip may also get the space you’re looking for.
Paul
I agree with Paul. Big burp up and out with port.
I have decreased the amount of flank I put the patient in, instead of the traditional 90 degrees, try 45-60 degrees this will actually increase in the space between trocars in 3D space and camera port will no longer be pushing on the legs.
