Andrew joined the Brumell Lab in 2018. Andrew is the lab manager and is an expert in light and volume electron microscopy.
Dustin joined the Brumell lab in 2017. Dustin is currently studying Listeria dissemination mechanisms
Bing-Ru joined the lab in 2018 and is interested in RAB7 regulation.
Anna joined the lab in 2020 and is conducting proteomic analysis of bacterial effectors.
James joined the lab in 2019 and is investigating plasma membrane dynamics during infection.
Elisa is a PhD candidate joining us for 6 months from Argentina. She is interested in understanding the vacuolar life of the parasite T. cruzi and the cell biology behind a novel vaccine being developed by her lab in Salta.
Ren is our resident electron microscopy expert.
Claire joined us in the summer of 2023 as a summer student and is staying to complete her 4th year thesis project. She is studying spacious Listeria-containing compartments, a novel intracellular niche for the bacteria.
