Arash Khairandish – M.Sc. Student, 2006-2008

Arash Khairandaish completed his B.Sc. at University of Western Ontario, and was an NSER-funded summer student. His project was to characterize the influence of position effects on retrovirus variegation in stem cells by mapping preferred integration sites and defining the flanking chromatin structure.

He is best known for injuring himself at sports, and looking like a Chia pet.
