Active Clinical Trials in BMT/CT

The Section for Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy carries out clinical trials that utilizes novel cellular therapies.  Currently there are two cellular treatment trials open for recruitment both of which are using modified T-cells (CAR T-cells) to target leukemia cells in patients with relapsed or refractory Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) Contacts for Clinical Trials: Donna Wall or Joerg Krueger

Ontario government announces an investment to revitalize the SickKids BMT/CT Unit. Local MPP Han Dong was at SickKids this morning to announce the Ontario government’s pledge of up to $12.5 million to support much-needed renovations and expansions to the Blood and Marrow Transplant/Cellular Therapy (BMT/CT) Unit at SickKids.
