In particularly she forages for edible wild plants and mushrooms. She maintains the septin knockout mouse lines in the lab.<\/p>\n<p>Hong also organizes and orders materials for the lab, trains new people with techniques we commonly perform, and she tends to complete revisions for papers submitted by graduate students and post docs who have moved on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activities:<\/strong>\u00a0 Hong\u2019s favourite activities include cooking, reading and traveling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favourite Quote:\u00a0<\/strong> (George Jessel) \u201cThe human brain is a wonderful thing.
