In particularly she forages for edible wild plants and mushrooms. She is also interested in cheese making, other types of fermentation and cooking in general.<\/p>\n<p>Her favourite quote is Oscar Wilde`s reputed last words, &#8220;Either that wallpaper goes or I do&#8220;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carol Froese is a research associate who has been working in the lab since 2000.
