What’s your research background?
I am using CRISPR-Cas9 knockout screens to identify cell intrinsic and immune-related genetic vulnerabilities in replication repair deficient gliomas.
Do you have any advice for someone interested in a career in research?
Take the time to explore different fields of interest to determine which is the best fit for you. Try to work in an area that you are genuinely passionate and excited about to help to keep you motivated through challenges.
What are your interests outside of science?
Cross country and downhill skiing, baking, going on walks with my dog, and reading a good book.
