What’s your research background?
As a postdoctoral researcher, my role is integral to the advancement of Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) RNA vaccines specifically designed for Constitutional Mismatch Repair Deficiency (CMMRD). Central to my responsibilities is the identification and validation of neoantigen candidates crucial for optimizing vaccine efficacy. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, I employ rigorous experimental validations to pinpoint neoantigen targets with the highest potential for eliciting a robust and precisely targeted immune response against CMMRD-associated malignancies. These endeavors are aimed at bolstering the preclinical foundation and paving the way for the development of innovative immunotherapies. Ultimately, our goal is to pioneer a novel strategy for CMMRD prevention and interception, thereby revolutionizing cancer treatment outcomes for affected individuals.
