What’s your research background?
I am currently working with a team of researchers to use a novel NGS-based tool developed in our lab to determine the prevalence of RRD in gliomas and to bring this tool into the clinical setting. Another ongoing project that I am involved with is developing a novel way of analyzing DNA methylation data to uncover pan-cancer biomarkers. The ultimate goal is to be able to detect these biomarkers in liquid biopsies which can be acquired through procedures that are minimally invasive and be used as tool in the clinic. I am also assisting on numerous other projects that are ongoing in the lab.
