Care pathways<\/b> describe local standards of care based on evidence-based clinical practice guidelines and transformed into actionable statements, that help guide supportive care including symptom management. Working with the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO), the Sung Research Team has developed over 20 care pathway templates based on the 15 SSPedi symptoms and other supportive care issues.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
