Next-generation sequencing was employed to derive Human ORFeome version 8.1 (hORFeome v8.1), which encompasses all previous Human ORFeome releases.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-370 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/lab.research.sickkids.ca\/sparc-drug-discovery\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/63\/2017\/12\/cdnapic.jpg\" alt=\"Gateway Entry Clone - types of expression that can be used for cloning at SPARC\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lab.research.sickkids.ca\/sparc-drug-discovery\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/63\/2017\/12\/cdnapic.jpg 400w, https:\/\/lab.research.sickkids.ca\/sparc-drug-discovery\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/63\/2017\/12\/cdnapic-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The archive of clones can be searched for your genes of interest using a number of identifiers: gene symbol, accession number, sequence etc. directly from the <a href=\"http:\/\/horfdb.dfci.harvard.edu\/\">Human ORFeome v8.1<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/sparc.research.sickkids.ca\/\">SPARC cDNA database.<\/a>\u00a0 The SPARC Archive contains an additional ~ 3500 Gateway Entry Clones.<\/p>\n<p>A list of destination vectors is also available: <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/lab.research.sickkids.ca\/sparc-drug-discovery\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/63\/2017\/12\/cdna1.pdf\">Destination Vectors<\/a>\u00a0(Acrobat file) or\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/lab.research.sickkids.ca\/sparc-drug-discovery\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/63\/2017\/12\/6539-SIDNET_Gateway_Vector_Information-1.xls\">Destination Vectors<\/a>\u00a0(Excel file with links).
