Presenter: Dr. Jennifer Shuldiner, PhD, MPH, a scientist at Women’s College Hospital and an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation and the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Shuldiner will be presenting The Story of ONLOOP: Designing, Implementing, and Evaluating Survivorship Care at Scale.
