It fosters training of postdoctoral fellows, graduate students and summer students through the activities of the SickKids&#8217; <a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sickkids.ca\/Research\/StudentandFellowResources\/RTC\/index.html\">Research Training Centre<\/a>, which offers workshops and seminars intended to help guide trainees further in their careers.<\/p>\n<p>Mital Lab is a cross-functional team of trained as well as junior members.
