Developing and Disseminating a Visual Representation of Standards of Care for Pregnant and Parenting Adolescents in the Greater Toronto Area<\/span><\/span><\/h2><\/span>

Using human-centered design, this project involved a collaboration between youth, medical experts and community agencies from the Young Parents No Fixed Address network, integrating a diversity of lived experiences and a depth of clinical expertise to develop a tool that endeavoured to effectively communicate key concepts to healthcare providers. <\/span><\/span>The goal of this project was <\/span><\/span>to determine if a visual representation of evidence-based guidelines in the form of an infographic improved healthcare provider awareness of best practices and community resources for the care of pregnant and parenting adolescents.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
