A comprehensive data initiative to better understand the physical, mental, and developmental health of transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) youth throughout their transitions.

This study will follow the journeys and health data of TGD youth treated within the SickKids Transgender Youth Clinic (TYC). Over the course of multiple years, we hope to collect data which will help health professionals better understand the needs, perspectives, and gaps in care for TGD youth, and how we can better serve this population moving forward.

This study is not actively recruiting outside of SickKids patients at this time. However, we will post regular updates as progress is made.
