The AdoLescent Led Initiative for Exploring Sexual health and screen use (ALLIES) is a research group composed of enthusiastic youth leaders aiming to secure better sexual and reproductive health outcomes for their peers. ALLIES is working with TARGet Kids!, a Canadian research network that studies the health of children as they grow. TARGet Kids! has collected data on early childhood screen use behaviours amongst their cohort of adolescents.

ALLIES has co-developed a teen health survey that asks adolescents questions about attitudes, knowledge, and experiences of screen and media use, relationships, and sexual activity. The results of the survey will be used to create better information and awareness of screen use and its impact on sexual health for youth.
