Participants will join virtual sessions and complete pre- and post-program assessments to help refine the intervention and evaluate its impact.<\/span><span influence\u00a0multiple\u00a0areas\u00a0of patients\u2019 lives, including cognition, academic and career\u00a0outcomes, interpersonal relationships, mental and physical\u00a0well-being, and
