Power Over Pain Portal

The Power Over Pain portal is an online platform, co-designed by Canadian youth with chronic pain (CP) during the COVID-19 pandemic. It encompasses participant registration, self-assessment tools, and evidence-based virtual education and cognitive behavioural therapy pain interventions that are delivered in a stepped care manner, based on your needs/preference.

The aim of the Power Over Pain portal is to empower diverse youth with rapid access to early, flexible, and individualized CP interventions to improve quality of life and functioning.
