Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility (EDIA) Strategy
We prioritize incorporating our EDIA strategy in all recruitment, onboarding, and training processes by ensuring equitable access to resources at all career stages.
Staff and trainees are provided with the necessary tools and resources to achieve their research objectives and have the opportunity to engage in ongoing mentorship and professional development.
We are dedicated to fostering a positive and encouraging working environment in which all members of the team feel free to provide feedback, voice concerns and be valued members of the team.
