TIDieR is comprised of 12 items detailing why, what, who provided, how, where, when\/how much, tailoring, and modifications of the experimental and comparator interventions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">When it comes to paediatric trials, high-quality reporting is crucial to ensure trial interventions are reproducible and their findings can be translated into clinical practice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">To further improve the transparency and quality of intervention reporting in paediatric trials, an international team developed <strong>TIDieR-Children and Adolescents (TIDieR-C)<\/strong>. TIDieR-C has incorporated 13 Paediatric Considerations (PCs) \u2013 guidance specific to the unique elements of paediatric trials for each TIDieR item. Further, the team provided good reporting examples from paediatric trials to illustrate the original TIDieR items and new PCs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>TIDieR-C<\/strong> aims to support trialists in delivering comprehensive and transparent descriptions of their interventions.
