The Knowledge Translation (KT) Program at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) Learning Institute provides thought leadership and offers professional development and support for dissemination and implementation across the hospital and the community, nationally and internationally.

The KT Program also develops resources and tools designed to address knowledge and practice gaps. Our resources and tools are informed by evidence in KT and implementation science, as well as years of experience in the field. They are innovative and practical, and most are freely available for download.
