Current Project:  Investigating interactions between APC, EB1 and septins in primary cilia, and their relationship to Gardner syndrome.

PreviouslyShe worked as an Associate Scientist in research and development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, formulating and validating clinical and research antibodies, detection systems and ancillary for IHC products.

She was also a Research Assistant at the London Health Sciences Centre – Cancer Program, University of Western Ontario and the Departments of Molecular Cell Biology and Microbiology at University of Waterloo.

Previously she was a Teaching Assistant in the Biology Department at University of Waterloo.

Education:  She completed her M.Sc. in Biochemistry at the University of Western Ontario.  She completed her B.Sc. (Honours) Biology, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at University of Waterloo.

Interests:  Travelling, community involvement, interior designing, reading books, and cooking.
